Yǎng Shēng Fǎ 養生法

La médecine chinoise antique n'était pas l'étude de la maladie, mais une méthode pour nourrir le principe vital ou méthode pour nourrir la vie/le vivant (Yǎng Shēng Fǎ 養生法) La théorie était simple et certaines écoles chamaniques taoïstes l'utilisent encore, plus le Zhēng Qì 正气 (Souffle vital sain) est fort, issue du Yíng Qì 营气 (Souffle vital nourriciè) et du Wèi Qì 卫气 (Souffle vital protecteur), moins le Xié Qì 邪气 (Souffle destructeur/pathologique) a de chance de pénétrer l'organisme et de le rendre malade. La maladie est une lutte entre l'agent pathogène et le Souffle vital sain. En rétablissant le Souffle sain par différentes méthodes en fonction de l'état du Souffle vital du patient et de ses "aspirations", de son mode de vie, le facteur pathogène sera expulsé hors du corps. Ensuite, le thérapeute doit transmettre une méthode pour renforcer ce Souffle sain pour que les facteurs pathogènes de ce types ne puissent plus envahir l'organisme. |
